A house fire in Green Bay Thursday afternoon displaced two adults and caused around $70,000 in damages.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at 1109 S. Taylor St. around 3:25 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke coming from the second-floor windows and roof.

A pilot program in Madison that sends mental health workers to respond to crisis situations instead of police is now providing service to the whole city.
The Community Alternative Response for Emergency Services program, or CARES, began in September and has responded to more than 250 calls.
