VIDEO: The Pelican Fire Department rescued a deer from the ice Sunday morning. According to their Facebook page, they were notified a deer had fallen through the ice on the Pelican River. The deer was unable to get out of the river. Firefighters were able to rescue the deer. A late night fire in Waupun Tuesday destroyed a garage and damaged two other buildings.
