Firefighters are at the scene of an explosion at a grain elevator in Brodhead. The Brodhead Fire Department said the explosion happened at 11:15 a.m. at Farm-City Elevator on County Road T. For years Madison firefighters have stood on street corners with a boot in hand raising money for muscular dystrophy. The Wausau Fire Department has a new way to perform rescues out on the water. The department took delivery of a new rescue airboat Wednesday morning in Wausau.
