One person was killed when an early-morning fire engulfed a trailer home in the Town of Fairbanks, the Shawano County Sheriff's Department said Monday. A UW-Madison student suffered burns Sunday afternoon when her shirt caught fire while she was boiling water in a dormitory kitchen.
