An apartment on UW-Madison's campus was evacuated on Tuesday due to a carbon monoxide leak, according to the Madison Fire Department. Tornado drills planned for Wisconsin, Minnesota on Thursday

As part of Severe Weather Awareness Week, both Wisconsin and Minnesota are taking part in statewide tornado drills Thursday afternoon and evening. The scheduled times are 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. During those times, counties and municipalities may be sounding outdoor warning sirens. Donation Received For Installation Of A Safe Haven Baby Box In Racine

Safe Haven baby boxes will be starting to pop up in southeast Wisconsin as a result of a bill signed late last year by Gov. Evers. The bill allows mothers—no questions asked-- to anonymously relinquish their newborns by placing them in boxes that are installed outside of hospitals, police departments and fire stations.

Fire at Kohler Company Carriage House Injures Two Employees

Authorities in Wisconsin say two employees at the Kohler Company Carriage House were hurt after a fire broke out Monday night. Richfield Volunteer Fire Company to become municipal department

The Richfield Volunteer Fire Company (RVFC), after 125 years of service, has voted to dissolve its current nonprofit organizational status and transition to a municipal fire department, 25-1. Small town of Silver Cliff breaks ground on fire station nearly two years since tornado

Green Bay apartment fire displaces eight

Eight people were displaced by a fire at a Green Bay apartment on Thursday morning. The Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to an apartment on Imperial Lane around 10 a.m. for a report of a fire. On scene, crews found smoke coming from the roof and eaves of the building. Two people rescued from inside burning duplex on Milwaukee's northwest side

The Milwaukee Fire Department says they rescued two people from a burning duplex on the city's northwest side Tuesday night.
