A fire Tuesday, Dec. 20 in the Town of Sun Prairie injured a Town of Sun Prairie deputy and resulted in $45,000 in damage. An Eau Claire Police Department tweet said that at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday police and Eau Claire firefighters responded to a house fire at 1804 Eighth St. on the city’s west side. Three people suffered minor injuries in a house fire in Mount Pleasant early on Monday, December 19th.
