A crop duster helicopter struck power lines Saturday at 10:14 a.m. and crashed near Friesland in Columbia County.

A 21-year-old man was transported by helicopter to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah after being ejected from his SUV.
It happened around 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, July 29 near W. County Road A and Forest Dr. in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Mike Revolinski is being remembered as a “super good guy” who always wore a smile on his face.
Revolinski, who perished in Tuesday’s house explosion and resulting fire in the Village of Rome, was a former chief of the Rome Fire Department who had served in that capacity for about 10 years.

The Coon Valley Fire Department extinguished a blaze that ruined a semi-tractor cab shortly after noon Monday in Coon Township.
The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office 911 Dispatch Center paged the fire department at about 12:15 p.m. about the fire at the intersection of County Hwy. B and County Hwy. KK.
