Special Weather Statement issued August 25 at 4:48AM CDT by NWS Green Bay WI

Patchy dense fog, with visibilities of less than 1/4 mile, will create locally hazardous driving conditions across northern and eastern Wisconsin this morning. The worst conditions are expected over far northeast Wisconsin and near Lake Michigan. The fog should mix out in most areas between 8 am and 9 am. When driving in fog, slow down, use your low beam headlights and keep a safe distance from other vehicles. Allow extra time to reach your destination.
