KDKA’s Meghan Schiller found out this new napping study applies to everyone looking to make informed decisions about rest but especially applies to first responders, police officers, firefighters, pilots, train operators and other high-risk jobs.

Suspected serial arsonist in Nevada found with more than $50K in stolen firefighting equipment

A man suspected of being a serial arsonist was arrested in Mound House while in the process of starting another fire. According to the Nevada Department of Public Safety (DPS), 29-year-old Kevin Critor from Dayton was arrested on June 21 in the area of Cash Drive and Carry Way in Mound House. In addition to the intentionally set fires, Critor was tied to multiple fire station burglaries across Washoe, Douglas and Lyon counties, according to DPS.

Iowa fire department brings home history with 100-year-old truck
